I am a dedicated mental health professional specializing in anxiety, ADHD, and autism, with a focus on supporting children and young adults. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools to navigate daily challenges. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that no two experiences are the same.
At the core of my work is a strong belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in meaningful progress. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. By building trust and connection, I help clients open up, explore their thoughts and emotions, and work toward lasting growth.
I work collaboratively with clients and, when appropriate, their families to foster resilience, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen coping skills. Whether addressing anxiety, attention challenges, or navigating life on the autism spectrum, my goal is to support each individual in reaching their full potential and thriving in their everyday lives.
I work as an Outpatient Therapist out of the Lawrenceville office as well as a Mobile Therapist/Behavioral Consultant – ABA through IBHS services in the North area of Pittsburgh.
