I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Boston University in 2016. Since then, I went on to work in a research lab studying motivational behavior in people with mental illness as well as a psychometrist, administrating tests for neuropsychological testing. Through this work my passion for mental health and working directly with clients grew, but I was looking to develop more therapeutic relationships. I went on to obtain my masters in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. Since graduating in 2023, I have worked as an outpatient therapist here at Southwestern Human Services where I continue to learn and develop my clinical skills.

I work mainly with adults (18 plus) offering individual therapy. I have experience working with people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, grief/ loss, life transitions and emotional regulation. I welcome diverse identities to my office and hope to provide a safe space for all. I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients better understand themselves and build healthy coping skills. My goal is to meet clients where they are and provide individualized treatment with a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I look forward to helping people reach their goals and improve their emotional well-being.
