Mona Isoldi is an Outpatient Therapist with 19 years of experience in the mental health field who works with adults, children, teens, couples, and families. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, interpersonal difficulties, ADHD symptoms, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
Mona particularly values helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life’s difficulties. Her therapeutic approach is empathetic, collaborative, and client-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person centered therapy, and strengths-based interventions. Mona strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while also learning practical tools to support healthy growth, emotion regulation, and meaningful change.
Mona holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She brings extensive and diverse experience to her work, having spent 12 years as a Mobile Therapist and Behavioral Consultant supporting individuals and families in home and community settings. Mona then transitioned to work as an Outpatient Therapist, for the past seven years, helping clients address a broad range of emotional and relational concerns. Mona’s goal is for her clients to feel supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. She works to build strong, trusting relationships and encourages clients to take steps toward change even when those steps may feel difficult or uncertain—so they can create more fulfilling and balanced lives.
Outside of the therapy room, Mona enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and taking small trips whenever possible.
My quote to my clients: “I am here for you. I will listen, support, and be alongside you for your journey of growth.”
